About Joe

Joe moved to Wilmington years ago after graduating engineering college to build a business servicing local industrial companies building their specialized equipment, About 30 years ago, in an industrial downturn, he retired and began a career as a Residential Realtor. He had coincidentally earned a Brokers license 15 years earlier and continuously maintained it's active status. It was not long, with hiw broad experience and many friends, before becoming a very productive Realtor.
